- Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with lead generation and brand campaigns.
- Consistently generate new corporate and retail leads, maintaining strong conversion rates.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of 20-25 sales representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets
- Drive the acquisition of long-term event partnerships and recurring B2B clients.
