Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Prepare and follow up on proposals with a focus on conversion
Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Drive negotiations and close deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Track market trends and upcoming project opportunities
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targetsRequirements3–5 years of experience in project sales (construction/interiors/wellness preferred)
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience handling multiple projects and long sales cycles
Excellent communication and client management skills
