Job Description: The Commis III will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards. This includes basic food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with inventory management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all kitchen policies and procedures. Participate in daily kitchen operations and contribute to team goals.
