- Develop, forecast, and monitor the marketing budget and PR action plan
- Manage press relations including press releases, inquiries, and media database for the local market
- Organize and execute PR events, including press cocktails and press lunches
- Build and maintain relationships with local journalists, community leaders, embassies, and institutions
- Maintain updated press kits, fact sheets, picture archives, and press clippings
- Coordinate care and hospitality for journalists and VIPs staying at the hotel
- Execute marketing activities to support Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Banquet sales
- Ensure staff awareness of hotel news and Rixos group information through regular communication
- Coordinate with Corporate Public Relations on group-level matters and internal company publications
- Maintain cross-marketing connections with other Rixos properties
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, emergency procedures, and operational standards
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards at all times
- Demonstrate full cooperation and respect with team members and other departments
- Attend scheduled trainings and participate in yearly Public Relations workshops
- Assume Duty Manager responsibilities when scheduled
- Support new hotel openings and task force initiatives as assigned
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Diploma in vocational hospitality,
- 4 – 5 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel in a similar role
