You will develop strategy and connected strategic initiatives to facilitate cross-business synergies across a rationalized set of global and regional preferred supplier partners. You will also support Team members in the execution of the initiatives. You will negotiate and manage key strategic supplier contracts and relationships. You will develop innovative business solutions, forecast commodity projections and provide mitigation actions as applicable to ensure key metrics for the procurement function (Cost Out, Resiliency, Working Capital, Diversity Spend, etc.) are achieved. You will plan, prepare, and execute annual profit planning for the owned spend, and support execution with the business cross functional teams. You will lead Supplier Business Reviews with strategic suppliers You will support flex in the Category scope following acquisitions or divestiture in the business Ability to influence and drive effective organizational change across impacted regions/businesses Ability to drive results via fact-based negotiations & critical analysis Ability to manage cost-out and resiliency projects against scope, schedule and budget Ability to be a technology leader and push forward digitization with team. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution Proven performance in managing a strategic commodity and a global team Minimum of 10 years' professional experience in Supply Chain Professional Supply Chain related certification (e.g. CPM, CPIM) preferred MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain from an accredited institution preferred Prior experience managing regional teams supporting multiple businesses and sites. Knowledge of category management and ability to identify technology and economical trends across multiple Indirect Categories Demonstrates knowledge and experience in successfully deploying category strategies, driving cost-out (thru material optimization, material utilization, and negotiations), and implementing a resilient supply chain Creative thinking skills to produce new approaches in category management and implementation of emerging tools & technologies) Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with senior management, suppliers, operations and Sales personnel Ability to lead others and develop careers of team members Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
