Reports to: Project Manager/Planning Manager
Candidate MUST be in UAE
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project schedules for fit-out projects using Primavera P6
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion and minimize delays
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholdersRequirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in interior fit-out projects
- Primavera Expertise: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and ability to develop complex project schedules
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:- Experience working on large-scale fit-out projects in Dubai, UAE
- Knowledge of construction regulations and standards in the UAE
- Certification in project management or planning engineering (e.g., PMI-SP)Salary AED 8000-12000 + Standard benefits as per UAE law
