- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of guest rooms and public areas
- Deliver amenities, restock housekeeping carts, and respond to guest service requests promptly
- Follow hotel procedures for safety, sanitation, and quality assurance
- Operate cleaning tools and equipment to perform duties efficiently
- Move and handle furniture, linens, and supplies up to 50 pounds as needed
- Maintain confidentiality, respect guest privacy, and act professionally at all times
- Ensure uniform standards, grooming, and workplace conduct meet Marriott policies
- Proactively identify and report maintenance or safety issues in assigned areas
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hotel cleaning preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, walk, and reach throughout shift
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
