- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for financial market data from multiple vendors in a team that builds fully automated trading systems that execute across the world markets.
- Address major data issues such as those related to data quality, inconsistencies, and availability.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancements of in-house tools and platforms for processing, monitoring, and researching market data.
- Establish processes to ensure high data quality and availability in a systematic setting.
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Extensive hands-on experience working with several financial market data vendors and exchanges within a systematic, buy-side environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience working with of large-scale, resilient market data systems.
- Deep understanding of financial market data, including its monitoring, quality checking, and analysis.
- BS/MS degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) preferred. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of both Python and SQL.
