- Ensure timely delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reports for specific markets, emphasizing thorough analysis and commentary for diverse stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly Profit and Loss statements for customers, conducting comparisons against previous years and rolling forecasts.
- Oversee all reporting tasks within Polaris, the PR group reporting tool.
- Provide support to Sales, Marketing, and Operations by suggesting and implementing analytical tools.
- Aid in ad hoc reporting and project assignments.
- Monitor the progression of handling and distribution costs.
- Actively participate in and question Demand Review Meetings (DRM) for designated regions.
- Place significant emphasis on analyzing sell-in, sell-out, and trade stock to identify risks and opportunities.
- Utilize the latest forecasts to simulate financial scenarios, highlighting any deviations from the budget.
- Possess a postgraduate degree with a specialization in accounting or finance, such as being a qualified (CA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with post-qualification experience.
- Have 4 to 5 years of prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles within FMCG or similar large corporations.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrate strong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit a goal-oriented mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Uphold a strong ethical code and maintain high personal integrity.
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally, have a background in FMCG industries
