The environment is calm, professional, and purpose-led—ideal for instructors who want to be part of something more than just a class schedule.The RoleWe are seeking a Full-Time Pilates & Yoga Instructor to deliver exceptional group class experiences while contributing to the wider community and growth of the studio.This role is approximately:80% coaching & class delivery20% community, admin & studio supportKey Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality group classes aligned with studio standards- Teach across multiple disciplines such as Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Sculpt, and Mobility- Provide safe, effective programming with strong focus on technique and alignment- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional class environment- Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to community culture- Support events, workshops, and member engagement initiatives- Assist with programming, scheduling coordination, and studio operations- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality at all times- Participate in team training, meetings, and ongoing developmentCandidate Profile- 3+ years’ experience in group fitness or movement coaching- Strong background across multiple disciplines such as Pilates (Reformer & Mat), Yoga (Vinyasa, Power, Yin), Pilates Sculpt, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility/Stretch, and functional movement-based group classes.- Recognised Group Fitness certification (PT, Pilates/Yoga specialisations preferred)- Solid understanding of movement mechanics and safe progressions- Fluent in English (professional level) – Arabic is a plus- Ideally already in the UAE, but open to hiring internationallyYou are:- Professional, reliable, and accountable- Warm, community-focused, and personable- A confident communicator with a calm presence- Team-oriented and collaborative- Passionate about wellness and continuous developmentPackage & Benefits- Tax-free monthly Salary: up to AED 14,000- Commission: TBC- Employment visa provided- Relocation flight (if applicable)- Paid annual leave- Medical insurance- Annual flight allowance- Uniform provided (t-shirt & jogging pants)- Ongoing training & development supportWorking Schedule- 5 days per week / 40 hours- Split shifts (morning & evening classes)How to ApplyIf you’re a passionate instructor looking to be part of a high-quality, community-focused wellness environment, we’d love to hear from you.
