Senior Private Banker - First Abu Dhabi Bank - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Originate, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNWI and UHNWI clients to achieve AUM and revenue targets
• Develop new client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and internal group introductions
• Increase wallet share of existing relationships through tailored private banking solutions
• Deliver end-to-end relationship management covering banking, fiduciary, and portfolio management services
• Promote onshore and offshore private banking platforms to meet sophisticated client needs
• Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across FAB group entities and global offices
• Assess client financial needs, risk appetite, and investment objectives to structure optimal solutions
• Provide advisory, discretionary, and execution-only investment services including structured products and alternative investments
• Maintain designated client portfolios and ensure ongoing suitability and diversification reviews
• Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, PEP, OFAC, and internal due diligence requirements
• Prepare and maintain all client documentation, reports, MIS, and regulatory records
• Deliver high-touch client service and advisory support on a continuous basis
• Participate in product development, marketing initiatives, and strategic business development activities
• Support coordination and supervision of relationship management support teams when required
• Manage administrative responsibilities of the private banking office as delegated

• Strong track record in private banking relationship management and client origination
• Proven ability to grow AUM and revenues within a competitive private banking environment
• Deep understanding of private banking products including investments, fiduciary solutions, and structured products
