7Decision Making Authority & ResponsibilityEnsure that all initiatives and overall Titan Program is delivered based on plan and budgetEnsure each area of the bank that should participate in the project is properly representedEnsure that Governance instances are properly conducted, decision making process is performed as expected and each member of the different instances is properly informed and takes the necessary decisions to move forward the initiatives.Ensure arbitration process is in place to define prioritiesNegotiate with 3rd parties toward the best outcome for the project and organization..
