- Manage and optimize the Shopify site - including product setup, navigation, collection structure, pricing, and merchandising.
- Coordinate product launches, pre-orders, and campaign flows in alignment with marketing and supply chain timelines.
- Work with external developers or Shopify partners to troubleshoot issues, implement site enhancements, and manage custom integrations.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, email, and performance channels.
- Brief and manage agency partners (if applicable) to ensure alignment with commercial goals and brand voice.
- Partner with the content team on campaign planning and ensure e-commerce and marketing calendars are tightly aligned.
- Build and manage wholesale relationships with partners, showrooms, and selected retailers aligned with brand values.
- Identify and propose ideal wholesale accounts, concept stores, and markets for brand expansion.
- Prepare and maintain wholesale line sheets, pricing decks, and sell-in tools aligned to each launch.
- Coordinate with content and operations teams to support showroom presentations and onboarding of new wholesale partners.
- Track partner sell-through data and contribute insights to shape restocks, exclusive offers, and development opportunities.
- Ensure product data, pricing, descriptions, and imagery are accurate and uploaded across platforms ahead of launch.
- Maintain internal seasonal catalogs and launch documentation to align drops across DTC and wholesale.
- Liaise with supply chain and brand ops to track inventory status, delivery timelines, and product readiness.
- Oversee distribution of all digital assets (editorial, packshots, specs) to wholesale partners and internal systems.
- Monitor key e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, CAC, and ROAS.
- Deliver regular reports and insights to the wider team, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing, funnel improvements, and merchandising optimizations.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality user journey from discovery to post-purchase.
- Collaborate with operations on inventory flows, delivery timelines, and FAQs.
- Own the setup and improvement of customer service tools and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience managing e-commerce and digital marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
- Deep understanding of Shopify and familiarity with the platform's CMS, plug-ins, and analytics.
- Strong experience running paid media campaigns and interpreting performance data.
- Experience managing or briefing external agencies or freelancers.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate with a high level of ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
