Job descriptionJob Title: DevOps Engineer (Azure, AI/ML)Full-time, Permanent positionLocation: Abu DhabiSalary: up to 40k AED PM tax-freeRelocation: Relocation allowance, flights, 1 month's stay in a hotel, Visa, Flights, and Medical, all for you and your familyOther Benefits: Life insurance for you, Bonus (tax-free)Work from Home: Friday WFHAbout Our Client:Our client is a market-leading Financial Services organisation that is building out its own innovation hub and developing groundbreaking products!They are based in Abu Dhabi and are working on the Middle East's most revolutionary projects in the financial space using AI/ML!They are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has preferably worked in the financial industry, specifically on AI projects.Key Responsibilities:Extensive experience with Azure Cloud and servicesStrong experience with one of the following: Rust, Golang, PythonStrong experience with one of the following IaC: Bicep, ARM, and PulumiStrong experience with one of the following: Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI FoundryAutomate deployment and provisioning processes, including CI/CD for web apps, IaC pipelines, container images, and GitOps flows with Helm/ArgoManage and operate Kubernetes clusters and the observability stackDefine and maintain SLOs for inference endpoints, implement blue-green and canary deployment strategiesOptimize cost and capacity by tuning GPU/CPU fleets and balancing spot vs. reserved instance strategiesImprove developer experience through golden paths, self-service portals, and internal SDK/CLI tooling for non-engineering teamsImplement security as code by automating policies, SBOMs, and secrets rotationAdminister and optimize cloud platforms, focusing on cost efficiency, scalability, and performance.Experience with platform and infrastructure security (firewalls, load balancers)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in Cloud/ DevOps/ InfrastructureExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for collaborating with stakeholdersIf you are interested, please apply below!
