  • Monitor and resolve outstanding reconciliation items within timelines
  • Escalate ageing discrepancies and maintain proper documentation
  • Process financial vouchers related to issuing and acquiring transactions
  • Post amortization entries for prepaid expenses
  • Prepare monthly reporting inputs and account substantiation
  • Maintain audit trails and ensure adherence to internal controls
  • Support internal and external audit requirements with accurate data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve reconciliation issues
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline
  • Experience in financial operations or payment reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and financial controls
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
