Associate Civil Engineer Rail Infrastructure Project UAE National - Parsons Corporation - Dubai UAE

• Assist civil, infrastructure, and architecture teams in reviewing engineering designs for rail infrastructure projects
• Review civil design drawings, reports, specifications, and engineering calculations under the guidance of senior engineers
• Ensure civil designs comply with project requirements, local authority regulations, and international engineering standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural, and BIM teams to resolve design conflicts
• Prepare and review technical documentation including meeting minutes, design review comments, and engineering correspondence
• Support site supervision teams by monitoring civil construction activities and verifying compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Participate in site inspections and assist in identifying construction issues or non conformances
• Assist with review of contractor submissions including method statements, material approvals, shop drawings, and as built documentation
• Support quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and progress measurement for infrastructure works
• Maintain registers and documentation related to project drawings, RFIs, and submittals
• Participate in coordination meetings with project stakeholders and document action items
• Perform additional engineering duties assigned by senior engineers or the Resident Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum one year of relevant engineering experience or recent graduate in civil engineering
• Basic understanding of infrastructure engineering including roads, utilities, and structural systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
