- Lead team meetings, clarify operational expectations, and maintain clear communication across departments
- Track operational metrics and analyze production data to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support employee training programs and identify skill development opportunities for team members
- Manage attendance, performance monitoring, and coaching to maintain high productivity levels
- Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality
- Coordinate with HR, facilities, safety, and IT teams to support operational initiatives and projects
- Share best practices across teams and shifts to maintain consistent operational standards
- Document incidents, workplace safety issues, and operational disruptions promptly
- Conduct daily and weekly timecard reviews to ensure payroll accuracy
- Recognize high-performing employees and provide coaching or corrective guidance when needed
- Support long-term operational improvement initiatives and productivity strategies within the fulfillment center
- UAE National with Family Book as required for the position
- Experience using Excel or communicating operational results and performance metrics to leadership teams
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, night shifts, and extended operational hours
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities within fast-paced warehouse environments
- Ability to manage operational performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English
