- Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive strategic plans for regional technical support services, perfectly aligning with both global standards and specific regional needs, to ensure Lotus' technical excellence is consistently upheld.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team of technical experts to provide exceptional support and troubleshooting for Lotus vehicles. Ensure that all technical queries and concerns are addressed promptly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Engage with colleagues across various departments to guarantee that existing and potential technical issues within the region are swiftly addressed with solutions that tackle the root cause.
- Collaborate with Lotus dealerships to significantly enhance service and workshop processes, ensuring alignment with both our high standards and those of our customers. Develop action plans to ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyse and report on technical issue, diagnostic and breakdown data to report to the superior and propose recommendations/ solutions to resolve root cause issues.
- Work in collaboration with the Warranty, Parts, CRM, Quality, Technical, and Training departments to cultivate a positive brand image and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a similar job with a deep knowledge of the automotive industry and technical service management.
- Significant and certified EV technical experience and know-how.
- Extensive knowledge of diagnosis tools and reports.
- Superior communication, influence and negotiation skills to productively engage with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
- Passionate about leading exceptional customer experience standards.
- Resilient: Thrives whilst working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and to strict deadlines without compromising on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and knowledge of APAC & MEAI market dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Degree qualification in Engineering or equivalent
