- Supervise and monitor civil construction works including earthworks, piling, concrete, foundations, underground utilities, roads, and structures.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved IFC drawings, ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international codes.
- Coordinate daily site activities with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
- Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and work procedures.
- Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved QA/QC requirements.
- Participate in inspections, witness tests, and manage NCRs and corrective actions.
- Enforce ADNOC HSE policies and site safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure contractors maintain safe working practices and comply with HSE plans.
- Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and report delays or issues.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Support construction planning, sequencing, and constructability reviews.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Review contractor submissions, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
- Maintain site records, inspection logs, and punch lists.
- Liaise with ADNOC representatives, consultants, EPC contractors, and third parties.
- Support site meetings and technical discussions related to civil works.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction works.
- Minimum 5+ years experience on ADNOC Onshore projects in a PMC or EPC role.
- Strong experience in oil & gas onshore facilities (plants, pipelines, infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and specifications.
- Proficient in civil construction methods and site execution practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Office, and construction reporting tools.
