Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Processor to manage procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and supplies. The ideal candidate will have retail industry experience and a strong understanding of vendor management, purchase orders, and inventory control.Key Responsibilities:Create, review, and verify purchase orders based on inventory needs and requirements.Ensure all orders comply with company policies and supplier agreements.Communicate with suppliers for availability, and delivery timelines.Negotiate contracts and payment terms to optimize costs.Collaborate with other teams to track stock levels.Ensure the timely replenishment of items based on demand forecasts.Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies if any.Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or purchasing software.
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Soft Skills:

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
