- Manage, configure, and maintain IBM BPM (Process Center, Process Server) and IBM ODM environments.
- Ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance of BPM and ODM platforms.
- Perform regular system health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Support and manage deployments across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD environments.
- Handle configuration updates, platform upgrades, patches, and environment refreshes.
- Automate routine tasks using Shell/Python scripts where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, security controls, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and environment changes.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve environment-related issues efficiently.
- Conduct backup and recovery operations for BPM/ODM repositories and configurations.
- Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering IBM BPM and IBM ODM platforms.
- Strong background supporting enterprise-scale BPM/ODM implementations.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix administration and WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
