This leadership role is responsible for directing the full lifecycle of major infrastructure programmes, ensuring alignment between technical delivery, commercial objectives, and client expectations. The Project Director manages high-level coordination across teams, regulatory authorities, and contractors while maintaining control over cost, schedule, and performance outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization in all client and stakeholder interactions throughout project execution
- Lead negotiations on scope changes, contracts, and project adjustments with clients and subcontractors
- Oversee development and execution of project plans including safety, quality, and delivery strategies
- Direct all technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of the project
- Establish programme requirements and ensure all deliverables meet defined standards
- Mobilize internal resources and build high-performing project teams across disciplines
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and operational plans to ensure successful outcomes
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address risks or delays
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and participate in approvals and public meetings
- Drive quality assurance practices and ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Lead regular progress meetings and communicate status updates to senior management

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
