Your Role - International, Challenging and Future- Oriented!

Co- ordinating and managing feedback from clients to development teams (including project plans, progress updates, weekly task registers)

Reviewing, consolidating, and improving the quality and reporting of documentation where necessary

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure

Working independently to lead topics to resolution Including troubleshooting

Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

Provide 1st and 2nd level support to customer.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Hands- on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments

Ability to provide step- by- step technical help, both written and verbal

Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital And Solid!

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

First work experience in a technical support/engineer role in applications background or similar

Experience in Quality assurance activities (eg. test planning, management and test execution and defect management) and knowledge of test approaches (such as Smoke and Regression Tests)

Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.

Experience with monitoring systems

Knowledge of JSON/REST APIs

Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)

Knowledge of Linux (i.e. basic DevOps, bash, cronjobs, etc)

Detail- oriented and pro- active approach

Familiarity with mobile app development
