ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:1. Understanding client requirement by communicating with them / visiting Site/ studying their drawings and proposing adequate fencing solutions.2. Preparing precise & correct fencing/ product estimates based upon the client requirements.3. Preparing fencing specifications for the product being proposed and preparation of techno commercial proposal.4. Preparation on of fence systems / products drawings to be submitted along with the techno commercial offer to the client.5. Checking the contracts and Purchase Orders received from the client and figuring out discrepancies between the agreed terms and order received.6. Maintaining proper communication on with the client and getting the approvals on drawings / Bill of Quan es proposed before processing the order for production.7. Issuing Production Requests to Production Team. This includes preparing on of Bill of Quan es & Preparing / checking fabrication drawings prepared by AutoCAD Draughtsman.8. Registering for various Contractors / Contractors / Clients / Consultant on their websites / vendor registration portals9. Preparing products presentations, method statements, brochures other literature for product marketing.10. Preparing technical submittals for submission to the clients.12. Keeping proper communication with Sales manager / Sales Executives to understand the priority in which quotations to be sent to the client13. Recording and maintaining data in various excel sheets for quotations sent, production & sample requests issued.SKILLS REQUIRED1. Technically sound in their understanding of Engineering drawings2. Basic mathematical understanding for carrying out manual calculations3. Strong command on MS Excel, WS Word and MS PowerPoint 4. Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
