  • Manage procurement activities for low current and ICT systems across multiple projects
  • Develop procurement plans and coordinate requisition schedules with internal teams
  • Prepare and issue requests for quotations and evaluate vendor proposals
  • Create purchase orders, rate agreements, and labor supply contracts with clear commercial terms
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve commercial issues related to orders
  • Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain procurement reports, track outstanding orders, and address delays proactively
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiations
  • Develop vendor database and conduct supplier performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contract standards, and authority limits
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in ELV or ICT projects
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and supplier management
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as ARIBA
  • Proven negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable commercial terms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
