- Supervise junior medical staff and provide mentorship and clinical guidance

- Medical degree with board certification in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum five years experience in emergency medicine practice
- Recognized certification such as UK CCT, American Board, or equivalent
- Previous Middle East experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
