- Review and process insurance pre-approval requests ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Update approval statuses in internal systems with high accuracy
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to gather required documentation
- Meet productivity, turnaround time, and quality targets for approvals and submissions
- Conduct reviews of medical records to ensure compliance with coding and payer guidelines
- Submit approvals in line with KPIs to improve first-time approval success rates
- Monitor and reduce insurance rejections through proactive follow-ups and corrections
- Analyze denial trends and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on approvals and rejections
- Support teams with guidance on documentation and compliance requirements
- UAE National candidate with valid family book
- Certified professional coding qualification
- Medical or paramedical educational background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance or RCM roles
- Strong understanding of medical coding, insurance processes, and approvals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
