This role is part of the Housekeeping Department, reporting into the Housekeeping Manager.What you will do:Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Public Area Attendant and Room Attendant.Picks-up and delivers guest request items.Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping.What you bring:A minimum of at least 1+ years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brandAn outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned taskHigh level of attention to detail and a strong work ethicStrong communication skillsFlexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays is idealAble to lift up to 50 lbs.What we offer:
