- Respond promptly to guest housekeeping service requests
- Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to the appropriate department
- Follow hotel safety guidelines and hygiene standards during cleaning tasks
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or hospitality environments preferred
- Ability to perform physically active tasks including lifting, pushing, and moving cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail when preparing guest rooms and maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple rooms during assigned shifts
