- Maintain records, file & folders of all health and safety records / documents and update on system. Maintaining and update all Group Health & Safety policies, permits and license.
- Establish communication and coordinate / follow up with the business operation and Country Health and Safety team to report metrices.
- Assist in reviewing and recording of health and safety procedures, preparing presentation & metrices for management meetings, arranging safe talk meeting, risk assessment sessions, actively participating in the health and safety programs.
- Arrange and communicate the internal and external trainings with staff.
- Follow-up and communicate with the suppliers and vendors for PPE and other material.
- Ensure the responsibilities indicated in the IMS standard are complied.
- Any engineering, Science or Managment graduate with basic health and safety knowledge.
- 2 - 3 years of experience as back-office Health and Safety staff or other Job office staff.
- Able to interact with all levels of management and clients.
- Good soft skills, working on software and MS office, internet etc.
- Good Communication and writing skills.
- Having a NEBOSH IGC or IOSH certificate is an added value to the profile.
