  • Tour around different food truck locations in Dubai for staff audit & new joiners training
  • Create and execute training programs for new leaders, building decision-making and supervisory capabilities from within the team.
  • Conduct frequent audits at the central kitchen to ensure prep consistency is matching brand standards
  • Take full ownership of operations during events, pop-ups, and activations with a hands-on approach
