- Encourage guests’ loyalty and develop clientele retention
- Coordinate with Spa Receptionist in terms of customers appointments
- Be responsible for the hygiene of work environment and maintain cleanliness before and after treatment
- Take care of spa equipment & report any breakage or maintenance requirements
- Ensure that the products and items for professional use are always prepared and stock level is well obtained
- Follow the standard operating procedures implemented by the Spa Manager
- Provide optimum personalized guest service when required
- Aspire on promoting and selling of appropriate retail products after treatment
- Coordinate with the spa stock controller concerning replacement products- must give prior notice for ordering purposes
- Assist in update inventory and ordering
- Work towards reaching targets implemented by the Spa Manager
- Treat all guests with elegance & respect
- Address guests by their name and be attentive to our guests’ needs
- Follow the procedures of consultation to ensure that reserve treatment is suitable or client and check for any contraindication and side effects
- Keep treatment room clean and tidy at all time and well prepared for each guest appointment
- Assist with Spa Reception duties and customer satisfaction
- Assist in general operations of the spa, gym and pool, when needed
- Follow treatment protocols and procedures
- Any other additional accountability as assigned from time to time
- Enhance on further improvement areas and career development
- Be able to stay outside at the pool area and promote the spa treatment for minimum 30min and maximum to 2 hours , in rotation with other therapists
- Job rotations may be arranged within the properties of Hilton Conrad-locally, regionally or overseas
- Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels
- Ability to read, writes, speak and understand the English language to communicate effectively with guest and employees
- Thorough organization and supervisory skills proficient in accomplishing the task
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts
- Ability to analyze information and make effective judgments
- Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts
- Ability access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer syste
- Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
- Learning and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
