- Assist in the training of all employees in compliance of company procedures.
- Assist Head Chef to supervise the restaurant in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
- Consistently monitors quality of ingredients; assists in purchasing and receiving of food stuff; ensures optimum storage and rotation of raw materials.
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years previous work experience in similar positions in hotel is preferredSkills RequiredCompensation & Benefits
