• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, joinery techniques, and materials adhering to UAE regulations and local standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE as required.
