For our client, a well-established contracting company in Dubai, we are looking for an experienced Project Technical Manager to manage and coordinate the technical aspects of multiple projects from the office.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with all engineering disciplines across multiple projects.Review and submit material submittals in compliance with building codes, regulations, and green building requirements.Coordinate between architectural and structural teams.Manage communication with stakeholders regarding project updates and technical changes.Lead and manage the project technical team.Review shop drawings prepared in-house and by subcontractors.Coordinate engineering works between subcontractors and consultants.Review IFC drawings, submit RFIs, and ensure alignment with project documentation.Resolve technical issues and attend technical meetings.Prepare reports and follow the project technical plan.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in technical coordination/management within a contracting company.Strong knowledge of construction drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
