Expected time to Join: Immediately available candidates preferredShould have 6+ Years of experience in IT/Technology project management, with a minimum of 3 Years of experience in Banking Industry (BFSI). Candidates who also have background on Security Compliance, ISO27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc. will be preferred.Core responsibilities of the role include identifying compliance and customer requirements and updating existing narratives to explain our internal security control mechanisms. Ensuring continuous compliance of Group Technology to technical regulatory requirements. Creating and implementing quality systems improvement in the regulatory tool to ensure the data completeness as required. Ensuring compliance reports are properly maintained in the tool & published regularly to stakeholders. Maintaining and updating internal documentation, processes, and policies.Coordinating regulatory compliance procedures across organizational structures. Keeping up to date on regulatory changes and developments in the BFSI regulatory environment. Should have prior experience with COBIT, ITIL, NIST, NESA & international banking regulatory technical standards. Ability to translate regulatory requirements and indicate applicability to banking environment. Identify and formalize key requirements in each regulation and continuously strive to update the UCF. Monitor new regulatory updates and analyze the impact to UCF and internal policies / procedures.
