General Accountant - Insurance BrokerageDubai, UAEAED 10,000 - 12,000 + benefitsImmediate / ASAP StartWe are working with a well-established insurance brokerage in Dubai who are seeking a General Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with a background in the insurance sector to take ownership of all aspects of financial accounting within the business. Experience working as an accountant for an insurance brokerage is essential.Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and reporting
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and regulatory requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required

Requirements:

3-4 years' experience as an Accountant within an insurance brokerage (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and UAE VAT
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Available to start immediately or at short notice
