This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-achieving school and teach motivated students within a diverse international environment.About the RoleAs an Economics Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across secondary level, with a focus on Economics, alongside the ability to teach Business Studies where required. You will teach across Key Stages 4-5, including IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme (DP).This role is ideal for an engaging educator who can bring real-world economic concepts to life and inspire students to understand global markets, finance, and business environments.About the SchoolOur client is a well-established international school in Dubai offering a British and International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.   • Deliver engaging Economics lessons across Key Stages 4-5
  • Teach IGCSE and IB Economics, with the ability to teach Business Studies
  • Plan and deliver effective schemes of work
  • Assess and monitor student progress to ensure high achievement
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities such as enterprise clubs or economics societies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery
  • Support whole-school academic initiatives
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
  • Degree in Economics, Business, or a related subject
  • Proven experience teaching Economics at secondary level
  • Ability to teach Business Studies
  • Experience with IGCSE and/or IB Diploma Programme preferred
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for international education
