Inbound and Outbound Free Zone Call Handling: Manage all inbound inquiries and handle outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients. Utilize a professional, customer-oriented approach to represent Masdar City Free Zone’s brand. Capture essential information on inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them to active prospects. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on criteria. Establish rapport with potential clients and educate them on the benefits of offerings, with a focus on Start Lite and Business One packages. Record, categorize, and prioritize leads based on their readiness to engage with the sales team. Salesforce CRM Management: Use Salesforce CRM to manage lead information, track call outcomes, and update lead statuses. Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in Salesforce. Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Conduct follow-up calls and communications to nurture leads and drive conversions. Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for higher-level engagement and closing. Customer Service and Relationship Building: Offer exemplary customer service to ensure a positive impression. Develop and maintain positive relationships with leads, enhancing the likelihood of conversion and long-term customer retention. Past experience on : UAE Free Zone Licenses processes. Business Set up. CRM system preferable Salesforce.
