- Generating and developing new sales leads
- Manage a current portfolio of customers.
- Successfully create a profitable business from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Customer relationship management including writing briefs on: Understanding of customer marketing needs, requirements, and objectives.
- Act as an effective “trusted advisor” in the delivery of the optimum marketing solutions.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies to increase market share.
- Prepare promotion plans, adapted recommendations, and price offers accordingly.
- Ensure campaign follow-up from marketing brief, and budget proposal to promotion execution, results analysis, and secure payment collection.
- Continuously seek ways to raise levels of support for customers to increase business flow and increased upselling of opportunities
- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
- 5 years’ quota carrying direct sales experience.
- 3 years experience in the Consumer goods industry
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong network in the GCC retail sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MUST be fluent in English and Arabic
- Must be comfortable working in a small office enviornment with management and seniors continuous interactions.
