- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data from platforms (e.g., using Azure Data Factory, Power BI) to model healthcare costs, outcomes, and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with technical teams, sales, and leadership to align economic analyses with business objectives and client needs.
- Healthcare Policy Alignment: Ensure solutions comply with regional healthcare policies and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, UAE health standards), optimizing for cost efficiency and impact.
- Market Research: Analyze healthcare market trends and payer requirements to inform platform development and adoption strategies.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Develop reports and presentations to communicate economic findings and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
