- I provide comprehensive financial support and guidance to Project Leaders on all aspects of project financials
- I am involved throughout the lifecycle of a project from prospect to close-out
- I promote best practices in project and bid management, ensuring alignment with QMS and the Project Life Cycle
- I manage all financial aspects of projects, including cost budgets, sub-consultant management, variation registers, opportunity and risk assessment, working capital, and invoice management
- I assist Project Leaders in completing and managing cost-to-complete forecasts based on project progress and scope changes
- I ensure Project Leaders accurately reflect project progress and forecast revenue in line with the latest and most reliable information available
- I develop and maintain comprehensive project financial reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and informed decision-making
- I attend project review meetings, prepare financial data, and address any relevant project finance actions
- I ensure working capital reports reflect the latest information available and that all actions are completed monthly by the relevant Project Leaders
- I provide ad-hoc reporting and reconciliations as requested by Project Leaders and Business Unit leaders.
- I review and approve all internal and external sub-consultant project invoices, and keep sub-consultants informed on project progress, payment schedules, and other relevant matters
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Commercial/Project Finance environment
- Experience in working on Design based / lump sum fee projects is preferred
- Construction and consultancy experience in the Middle East is preferred
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office – particularly advanced level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous exposure to Oracle, Agresso, or similar financial reporting systems/ERPs
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced challenging environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
