- Develop and implement OD frameworks, competency models, and performance management systems.
- Drive change management initiatives to support transformation programs.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies, including Emiratization planning.
- Conduct workforce analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on OD and workforce matters.
- Develop dashboards and reports using HR analytics tools.
- Provide data-driven insights for workforce and organizational decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred).
- 6+ years of relevant experience in OD and Workforce Management.
- Prior experience in consulting firms (Big 4 or leading HR consulting firms) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and workforce regulations.
- Experience working in UAE-based organizations, preferably government or semi-government entities.
- Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
