BIM Modeler (Architecture, Interior Design & PHE/Fire Fighting)

Develop accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on project requirements
Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and UAE regulations
Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
Update and manage BIM data throughout project lifecycle
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality modeling outputsRequirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling roles
Strong knowledge of UAE standards, especially Dubai Municipality regulations
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and NavisworksExperience in:
Architectural and Interior Design BIM modeling, or
PHE (Public Health Engineering) and Fire Fighting systems
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
