- Location: This is a remote role for candidates based in Egypt, Jordan, or Lebanon to ensure cultural and time-zone alignment.
- Schedule: You are expected to be available during standard business hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dubai time (GMT+4), Sunday through Thursday.
- Autonomy: You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your client portfolio and deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
- Collaboration: You will serve as the main client point-of-contact and work closely with internal creative, content, and production teams in a highly collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
- Develop and manage bilingual (Arabic and English) content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring brand consistency and timeliness.
- Write compelling, culturally relevant copy for all major social media platforms.
- Create detailed creative briefs to guide photo and video production teams.
- Analyze social media trends and competitor activity to proactively refine client strategies.
- Manage daily community engagement, moderating conversations and maintaining a positive brand voice.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns, collaborating with performance teams to track and optimize for ROI.
- Serve as the primary social media contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, leading meetings and presenting performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal creative and digital teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Independently consolidate data from multiple channels to deliver actionable insights on organic and paid campaigns.
- Monitor brand mentions and support crisis management efforts to protect client reputation.
- Consistently achieve or exceed client engagement and growth targets quarter-over-quarter.
- Maintain 100% on-time delivery for all scheduled client content and reports.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights that lead to strategic adjustments.
- Achieve high client satisfaction and retention rates through proactive communication and strategic value.
- Meet or exceed return on ad spend (ROAS) goals for all managed paid campaigns.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional bilingual copywriting skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media strategies for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, X, and TikTok.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience presenting performance data and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
- Excellent written communication skills, essential for effective asynchronous collaboration in a remote setting.
- Direct experience working with clients in the media and publishing industries.
- Background in public relations or corporate communications.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing campaign management.
- Experience creating and managing content strategies for short-form video platforms.
