- Lead, mentor, and provide professional development to a team of real estate sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills through regular training and coaching.
- Uphold company standards and ensure all sales activities comply with UAE real estate regulations.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the Dubai real estate sector.
- A strong and demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including key developments and current trends.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving team success.
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
