  • Business Development and Pre-sales : Engaging new enterprise customers and finding new business opportunities
  • Developing eco system/eco partners (SI, architect, designer, etc.)
  • Developing new solution packages and new business models with eco partners (using full range & partner’s products and solutions)
  • Consultative Sales & Value-based Selling : Providing right solution packages and making a proposal with an in-depth understanding of customer's business, needs, and usages
  • Collaborate with HQ, RHQ, and other subsidiaries as virtual teams
Key Responsibilities
  • To develop a sustainable growth strategy in Abu Dhabi with the customers focused on profitable sales and customer satisfaction.
  • To have a pre-existing strong relationship with key clients (Government & Non-government entities) in Abu Dhabi
  • To conduct research to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • To be competent in negotiation skills & following up projects to finalization stage and successful closing with key customers/ contractors with partners.
  • To promote CAC products predicting or addressing the client’s objectives.
  • To present the technical specifications & features of CAC products to the clients.
  • To build fruitful long-term relationships with major clients in the region.
  • To drive the sales of the assigned accounts ensuring on time execution.
  • To monitor the sales performance of the assigned accounts by preparing monthly and quarterly reports and forecasts.
  • To manage on time ordering and sales process as per rules.
Job Requirements
  • Business Development and Sales: Engaging new enterprise customers and finding new business opportunities.
  • Strong HVAC & sales engineering background.
Experience / Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in business development or sales.
  • Experienced in mega projects development, management (including project financing) and key account management
  • Ability to integrate solutions with diverse products and solutions
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in vertical business
  • Good knowledge of end-customer’s channel distribution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (c-level) in addition to consulting and presentation skills
  • Understanding of sales operation, P&L
Dimensions
  • Based in Abu Dhabi (Required)
Education
  • Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical or related fields (preferable)
LanguageArabic & English (Required)
