Performs strategic sourcing, selection, accreditation, and on-boarding of vendors for the Company
Conducts supplier on-boarding prior awarding of projects to vendors.
Establish Vendor development programs to cultivate reliable and strategic partnership.
Performs vendor performance management.

Contracts Management / Negotiation

Initiates contract negotiation with the vendor and ensure all vendor is covered by a contract.
Performs vendor contract monitoring and safekeeping.

Risk Management

Perform vendor risk assessment/profiling to mitigate possible risks in the supply chain.

Ethics Compliance including Social Responsibility requirements

Drives Ethics Compliance including Social Responsibility requirements
Ensure Ethics compliance within Internal procurement.

Procurement Policies and Procedures

Support in the preparation and maintenance of Procurement Documented Information
Support in developing process efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance to policies/procedures

Requirements :
5- 10 years of experience in procurement vendor management and operations
Bachelors degree in supply chain ,procurement or finance
Excellent Vendor Management skills preferable from retail background
CIPS or other relevant certifications
