As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of organizational strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market/ Middle East.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide customized solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Assign development programs for dealers and dealer teams
  • Engage in the dealers’ daily activities
  • Develop products and lead product development projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the heavy machinery industry, specifically with excavators, cranes, generators, and manlifts.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and pricing strategies.
