- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market/ Middle East.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide customized solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Assign development programs for dealers and dealer teams
- Engage in the dealers’ daily activities
- Develop products and lead product development projects
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the heavy machinery industry, specifically with excavators, cranes, generators, and manlifts.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and pricing strategies.
