The Credit Administration Officer plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of credit documentation and collateral records. The position supports corporate banking operations by ensuring all facility agreements, securities, and regulatory requirements are properly documented, verified, and maintained in line with bank policies.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review facility offer letters, term loan agreements, and security documentation in line with approved credit facilities
- Verify execution of all security documents and ensure authenticity of signatures supported by valid resolutions or power of attorney
- Identify and rectify discrepancies or deficiencies in existing documentation and follow up for resolution
- Maintain accurate collateral records and update banking systems with complete and verified information
- Ensure all security documents are properly stored, tracked, and maintained in secure vault systems
- Monitor expired or deferred documentation and ensure timely renewal or submission
- Perform periodic checks to confirm availability and validity of all required security documents
- Support release, amendment, or registration of securities with relevant authorities across UAE jurisdictions
- Review approvals for collateral release and confirm no outstanding liabilities exist before closure
- Generate internal and regulatory reports ensuring timely and accurate submission
- Coordinate with Credit Control Unit for release of credit lines in the system
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking or credit administration
- Strong understanding of corporate credit processes and documentation requirements
- Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and legal frameworks
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
